Beacon‑3000 NIR Analyzer

The Beacon‑3000 NIR Analyzer is a multi-channel, inline near-infrared analyzer designed for real-time monitoring of chemical and physical properties in petroleum and petrochemical streams. It measures NIR absorption spectra to quantify key properties, including octane, distillation points, aromatics, olefins, viscosity, RVP, cloud point, and API gravity.

System Architecture & Features:

• Fiber-optic field units can be installed up to 3 km from the main analyzer, requiring no electricity in hazardous zones
• Supports up to 8 channels per system
• Eliminates the need for analyzer shelters
• Reduces maintenance requirements
• Enables rapid closed-loop process control for blending, FCC, and CDU operations
