NIR Analyzer

The Beacon-3000 NIR Analyzer is a multi-channel, inline near-infrared analyzer designed for real-time monitoring of chemical and physical properties in petroleum and petrochemical streams. It measures NIR absorption spectra to quantify properties such as octane, distillation points, aromatics, olefins, viscosity, RVP, cloud point, and API gravity.
The system architecture uses fiber-optic field units placed up to 3 km from the main analyzer, requiring no electricity in hazardous zones. It supports up to 8 channels, reduces maintenance, eliminates analyzer shelters, and provides rapid closed-loop process control for blending, FCC, and CDU operations.
